All our orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed on our website. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email at your registered email address.

We offer fast and convenient delivery. Most of our orders are delivered within 3-5 business days. However, we request that you allow up to 10 business days for the delivery.

Q. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched. If you’ve opted for tracked shipping, you’ll also receive a tracking number that enables you to track your order.

Q. How can I check the order status?

Tracking is not included for orders with free shipping; however, you can call our customer support team to enquire about your order status. If you’ve opted for tracked shipping, you can track your order using the order tracking number.

Q. Why is my order delayed?

Delivery delays may occur occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, public holidays, or a high volume of orders. If a significant delay is expected in the shipment of your order for any reason, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Q. I am outside Australia; will I be charged in AU dollars?

All the product prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are placing an order from outside of Australia, your bank or card company will charge you based on the exchange rate in US Dollars (USD) or the currency of your country.

Yes, you can return your order if the products are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Please ensure the return is initiated within the specified return window.

If we have sent the wrong order by mistake, we will arrange the return at no cost to you. We will either ship the correct product or issue a refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.
