Choose the products

To place an order, begin by logging on to our website. Browse through our extensive collection of pet essentials and choose the items you wish to buy. You can also use the search bar on the homepage to find a specific product or browse through categories. Go through our detailed descriptions, product specifications, and user reviews to make informed decisions.

Add to cart

You can add the products you wish to buy to the cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. When you are done adding all the products to your cart, review the items in the cart to ensure you have the correct quantities and products. You can still make any changes to your cart until you process the payment.

Proceed to checkout

To begin the checkout process, click on the “Check Out” button to get directed to the checkout page, where your order summary will be displayed. If you have not logged in to your account, you will need to provide your contact information, shipping address, and payment information.

If you’re an existing customer, you can simply sign in to your WhiskersAndWags account using your credentials. If you’ve previously saved your information, you may not need to enter it again.

Order confirmation

After placing an order successfully, your screen will display an order confirmation message showing your customer ID, order number, and order summary. You will also receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address.

Sit back & relax

After placing an order with us, you can expect delivery within 3-10 business days. If you’ve opted for a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number to check the whereabouts of your parcel.
